From conducting user research to developing design strategies, my strength is in seeing the bigger picture: how services connect, how user needs should drive decisions and how to facilitate collaboration across teams to solve complex problems.
I'm skilled at being the “glue” between disciplines, teams and departments and turning messy, complex situations into strategic clarity that enables action. My design practice is grounded in participatory design and trauma-informed care. And I'm really proud of how other people describe working with me.
Lately, I've been making it easier for Veterans to access benefits and services from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs with Blue Tiger. I used to live and work in the UK, at the Royal National Institute for Deaf People, WithYou, STBY and the Design Against Crime Research Lab.
